FERMENTATION TANK , BCC type
Made of stainless steel with dished top and conical bottom, is universal tank for production of alcoholic beverages like beer, carbonated wine or cider. It is designed for primary and secondary fermentation of alcoholic beverages under pressure in the same fermenter. Each tank is equipped with fermentation control mechanism for fine adjusting of pressure in tanks. Temperature may be easily regulated with local or central control system.
